The price range can be very wide depending on the region and season. Workation is of course more expensive during the school vacations. There is also the factor of wanting to afford workation in addition to the actual vacation and running costs at home. We would like to give you an exciting tip here: You can sublet your apartment while you’re on Workation. The following factors play a role here: 1. is that what you want? 2. does your landlord allow you to do this? And this is where the first exciting verdict comes in. Important: The following information does not constitute legal advice or legitimization! The Berlin Regional Court has a case before it concerning, among other things, the legitimate interest in being allowed to sublet a rented apartment during a workation, even if the landlord prohibits this. Team workations should be planned and booked well in advance. We recommend at least 6 months in advance (depending on the destination). My Workation offers can be booked at any time. This is done by Paypal or bank transfer and can be found in the respective offer. Further payments are made to the service provider (workation host/organizer). If the service provider is unable to accept the desired booking, you will of course be refunded the 10% booking fee by newworkation (wlt GmbH).

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to arrival in accordance with the provisions of the contract concluded between you and the service provider (host/organizer), whereby cancellation fees of up to 100% of the booking price may apply (depending on the service provider and time of cancellation). All terms and conditions relating to cancellation options can be found in the non-binding offer sent to the respective service provider prior to booking. Irrespective of the cancellation conditions of the service provider for the Workation offer, the following refund guidelines of wlt GmbH apply to cancellations for the reservation fee paid (10% of the gross amount), which was made by the deposit to wlt GmbH: Free cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the trip for the reservation fee paid to wlt GmbH. From 8 to 6 weeks before departure, 25% of the reservation fee remains with wlt GmbH. From 6 to 3 weeks before departure, 30% of the reservation fee remains with wlt GmbH. From 3 to 2 weeks before departure, 50% of the reservation fee remains. From 2 to 1 week before departure, 70% of the reservation fee remains. Within one week or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation fee remains with wlt GmbH. Cancellations and rebookings should be communicated both to the service provider and to wlt GmbH. In the case of short-term and time-critical cancelations, the cancellation must be made directly with the service provider and wlt GmbH must be informed. As a rule, Wlt GmbH does not charge any additional service fees or processing fees for the rebooking/cancellation or explicitly states these before the booking is made. In principle, we only arrange the workation without arrival & departure. This means that you are responsible for booking flights, trains and buses yourself. However, our partners are required to provide you with helpful information or even a pick-up service (for example from your destination train station) depending on the location. However, you are not obliged to do so. In our listings you will also often see a note if an accommodation or destination can be easily reached by public transport. Please take care of your arrival and departure immediately after booking.

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 10% of the gross price of the offer. The reservation is not yet confirmed! The final confirmation will only be made upon receipt of the booking confirmation from the respective host or organizer. If the host/organizer does not confirm your booking, your deposit of 10% of the reservation fee will be refunded in any case.

We recommend that you only book your arrival and departure after you have received your booking confirmation. (Attention: Do not confuse this with the booking confirmation!) In addition, we always recommend that you book your arrival and departure with the option to cancel if possible and/or take out valid travel cancellation insurance. Even with Net-Workation bookings, there is the potential case (rare) that one of the respective hosts/organizers has to cancel the Net-Workation because too many participants have cancelled at short notice. A partnership as a host is basically free of charge. We both only earn from successful bookings, with one exception for team workations. As a Team Workation partner, you can register easily and free of charge and sign up for future team briefings. When you receive a briefing, you can decide whether you want to place a corresponding offer. Each offer placement for an exclusive customer briefing costs €25 placement fee. You can then simply create your quote using our Team-Workation quote generator. A maximum of up to 9 offers can be placed for an exclusive Team Workation request. If the team decides in favor of your offer, you should factor in a commission of 10% of the final gross booking price. After successfully booking a team workation, you will receive an invoice for the 10% commission. Directly visible offer placements at MY- and NET-Workations are free of charge. Here, too, you should always include 10% commission in your final gross booking price. This is paid directly to us by the guest as a deposit.

As the host/organizer of a workation, a secure, ideally non-public, fast Internet connection is a must. Mobile phone reception should also be available throughout the site, at least in the LTE network. We recommend that hosts and Workation organizers always have more than one workstation available. So not just in your own room, for example. In the best case, there is a dedicated or cooperating coworking space. It is not a must, but as a catering option at least breakfast and access to water, tea, coffee on weekdays is a great advantage. Individual and extended services and offers make our own range even more attractive.

For our Net-Workation offers in particular, the realization of a workation depends on a minimum number of participants. For these reasons, the partner must first check its internal availability before it can make you a current offer and you can effectively book.

From 3 to 2 weeks before departure, 50% of the reservation fee remains. From 2 to 1 week before departure, 70% of the reservation fee remains. Within one week or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation fee remains with wlt GmbH. Cancellations and rebookings should be communicated both to the service provider and to wlt GmbH. In the case of short-term and time-critical cancelations, the cancellation must be made directly with the service provider and wlt GmbH must be informed. From hotel, hostel, villa, guest house, camping etc., we are open to all offers, as the target groups should also be served as broadly as possible.

As a Team Workation partner, you can register easily and free of charge and sign up for future team briefings. When you receive a briefing, you can decide whether you want to place a corresponding offer. Each offer placement for an exclusive customer briefing costs €25 placement fee. You can then simply create your quote using our Team-Workation quote generator. A maximum of up to 9 offers can be placed for an exclusive Team Workation request. If the team decides in favor of your offer, you should factor in a commission of 10% of the final gross booking price. After successfully booking a team workation, you will receive an invoice for the 10% commission. Directly visible offer placements at MY- and NET-Workations are free of charge. Here, too, you should always include 10% commission in your final gross booking price. This is paid directly to us by the guest as a deposit.
