We are firmly convinced that workation with children is possible. Of course, this must be communicated to the team in advance. According to a PwC study, 81 percent of families with children consider it important to be able to do a workation together with their loved ones when applying for a job. Of course, additional measures such as on-site childcare may need to be taken into account during a team workation. Some accommodations already offer this and there are also external professional service providers that can be booked. Further considerations are coparenting measures. It is planned and determined in advance who in the team will look after the little ones and when, and the responsibilities and work/rest phases are planned accordingly. Coparenting is particularly useful when several families are taking part.
